• Venue Selection: Recommending and assisting in choosing a suitable venue that aligns with the couple's style, preferences, and budget.
• Design and Decor: Offering creative input on themes, decor, and overall design to bring the couple's vision to life.
• Guest Management: Handling RSVPs, seating arrangements, and any special accommodations for guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Day-of Coordination: Overseeing the logistics on the wedding day, ensuring vendors are on schedule, managing the flow of events, and handling any last-minute details.

10% of the overall wedding budget.  Tiered minimum fees apply.

Day-of Wedding Coordinator

We'll pick up the baton 8 to 5 weeks before your big day, so you can focus on what matters.

Pre-Wedding Support

• Free initial consultation
• A review of any outstanding planning tasks
• Pre-wedding vendor contact and coordination
• Design plan and management of wedding day timeline, details, including back-up plans
• Organisation of the rehearsal dinner
• Creative suggestions on the running order and timeline of your wedding day
• Finalise floorplans, checklists and collections

On the day Wedding Coordination

• On the day point of contact and coordinator for vendors, suppliers and performers
• Day activity/ Ceremony coordination and set-up alongside suppliers
• Organising Bridal and Groom parties ahead of ceremony
• Guest management and movement
• Manage unexpected problems
• Ensure photography session runs on time
• Signalling musicians and entertainment
• Assist in set-up and coordination of reception
• Ensure wedding materials and important mementos of the day are returned to you
• Close on-hand Bridal wedding day support

Price includes services listed above as well as:

• 10 hours of on the day coordination, additional hours are charged at our standard hourly rate.

Wedding Styling and Vendor Support

I'll help you find a style, venue and vendors to make it happen!

How we can help:

• Free initial consultation
• Design of a wedding celebration personal to the couple
• Creative suggestions on the running order and timeline of your wedding day
• Assistance in finding your perfect wedding venue
• Assistance in sourcing suppliers needed to make the day (venue, caterers, entertainers, photographers, videographers, music, florist, decor, tableware, hotel accommodation, wedding favours etc.)
• Maintain contact of and coordinate your suppliers until the time comes to handover to a day coordinator or wedding manager
• Budget management (if required)
• RSVP guest management
• Assistance planning table layout and seating arrangements

Investment

Price is based on:

• 30 hours of research, planning and orchestration, additional hours are charged at £50 per hour.

Extras

• Set-up and management of wedding website including guest management and food choices
• Hen and stag night organisation
• Wedding day set-up onsite for up to 3 hours
• Engagement party planning and coordination
